I created this report to highlight the achievements and changes in the team during a six month period. The report was shared broadly within the data center operations area. Half Report (Department) - Vol 2.
A second half report template for the same team. After the publication of the previous report, I incorporated feedback from readers into the layout and content. This is report received the most engagement from any communication to date and was featured in the VP's executive summary.

The purpose of this report was to showcase team achievements, provide project updates, welcome new team members and focus for the next six months while still appealing for readers to view. This was shared broadly with other data center operations teams and received executive praise for providing a useful and concise summary of the team's work. Creative Workshop Presentation
I hosted a creative inspiration workshop in December 2022 for the other communication team members at my company. We discovered our creative type (take the quiz!), discussed common communication barriers, and finished with a work show and tell.
